Logging in
Please note that you must register to obtain a login. Please click on the BECOME A DEALER tab at the top of the main page and fill out and submit the form. You will recieve a confirmation email acknowledging your submission. You will recieve a follow up email once we have approved your submission. Please note: You create your own login name and password. These are case sensative.
Already have a login?
The login and password fields are case sensitive.  You must fill out your user name and password exactly as they were set up. If you’ve forgotten your password click forgotten password under the dealer login tab and submit your username. A new password will be sent to the email address you used when originally setting up your account. If you don’t see the email within 5 minutes check your junk mail – just in case it went there.
Finding Products
There are various search options built into this website.
1. Follow the product prompts by picking the category that best relates to what you’re searching for.  Click on the PRODUCTS TAB on the second menu bar, just above the pool pictures on the home page. 
2. Enter the manufacturer name and a one or two word description for your product in the SEARCH INVENTORY TAB at the top right hand side of the page. This will return all the results that relate to what you’ve entered.
3. If you know the part number for the product simply enter that into the SEARCH INVENTORY TAB and viola! If the part your looking for is in our system it will show up here.
IF you CANNOT find what you’re looking for using any of these methods it is possible (small chance!) that we have missed uploading it to our website, or we don’t have a record of the product. Please submit an email to cknight@nspd.net with the subject line Product assistance and we will do our best to take care of you. Any submissions will get a response within one business day.
Dealer Locator
If you cannot find a dealer under our dealer locator that you KNOW exists’ it could be because they are not a registered dealer with us. This by no means suggests that they are not a reputable dealer (however we reserve the right to question their judgment with regards to purchasing).
If you ARE A DEALER and you don’t see yourself listed under our dealer locator please fill out and submit our registration form. We do require that you are registered with us online to participate in this feature.
