2020 Business practices due to COVID 19

We are open 7:30 am - 5:00 pm Monday - Friday & 8:00 am - 12:00 pm on Saturday. We are continueing to provide "curbside" pick up out front and back of our locations. Our staff is back in full swing, but we will continue to practice physical distancing by keeping our doors closed to walk-in orders. Please call ahead for order pick up - or choose a designated pick up time when placing orders online. Our main objective is making the most of your time - this system is working well and gets you moving faster!
Our shipping schedule is back on track for the season.
In response to the current COVID 19 health concerns and the provincial and federal governments recommendations we are taking extra precautions to ensure everyone's safety. We appreciate that your business may need products and services during this time so our offices will remain open from 7:30 am - 5:00 pm Monday - Friday. We ask that we work together to physical interactions by placing & picking up orders in the following way:
PLACING ORDERS: We ask that you call, email, fax or place your orders online at nspd.net. Our inside sales team will be accessible over the phone, but walk-in orders will be re-routed to the phone. Don't have a web account? Create one HERE.
ORDER PICK UP: Please call ahead for any orders being picked up in all three of our locations over the coming weeks. We will prepare your order in advance so you can carry on with your work efficiently. We will discuss the logistics of your order at this time, each situation may be unique. Our target is to have your order ready and outside our service door upon arrival.
DELIVERIES: Our delivery schedule is on track, but we ask that you help limit our drivers interactions by allowing them space to drop product & leave without entering a retail environment if at all possible.
