Terms & Conditions

Prices are subject to the pricing in effect on ship date. All prices are for merchandise, FOB, original point of shipment. Prices, quotations and pricing agreements are subject to change without notice and will reflect pricing on ship date. All applicable taxes will apply to invoiced items and paid for by the purchaser. All payments are due on net 30 day terms from the invoice date, on approved credit. A $50 charge will apply to all NSF payments.

All orders placed online will be scheduled with a shape date the following business day. Orders are FOB Northeastern.

All merchandise coming back to Northeastern Swimming Pool Distributors Inc. must have an RGA assigned before it will be accepted. Merchandise must be shipped back pre-paid. Credit will be issued upon Northeastern Swimming Pool Distributors Inc. discretion. A 25% restocking fee will apply to special order items and large inventory items.

All claims must be made within 5 business days of receiving merchandise. All material must be signed for upon receipt. By signing you are stating that you have inspected the merchandise and agree to purchase in current condition, at full price. If merchandise is damaged during shipping, a notation must be made upon receiving and a claim must be filed within 5 business days.

All products supplied by Northeastern are subject to the original manufacturers warranties. Credits for warranty claims will be issued upon inspection and approval of the original manufacturers only. Any implied warranty which the purchaser may have, including satisfaction, must be made within the applicable warranty period. In no event shall the company be liable for any incidental or consequential damages.
