Do we sell to the public?
No, we do not sell to the public. We are a distribution company (wholesaler) selling to pool professionals. Please refer to the dealer locator on our main page to find a dealer in your area.
What are our hours?
Summer Hours (Easter to Thanksgiving):
Monday-Friday
7:30am – 5:00pm.
Saturdays (MAY & JUNE ONLY)
8:00am – 12:00pm.
Winter Hours (Thanksgiving to Easter):
Monday-Friday
8:00am - 4:30pm
NSPD NOW (our online source for dealers) is open for orders 24 hours a day!
Do we deliver?
Yes we do. Contact your local branch to find out our schedule and when we will be in your area.
Do we charge for freight and/or delivery?
Minimum purchases are in place for free delivery. Please call your local sales rep to learn how to qualify.
What is our return policy?
Please see the link to the information page outlining our shipping and return policy on our main page. We do require an RGA for material coming back to all our branches.
Do we have sales representative on the road?
We have outside sales reps servicing all of Ontario and Quebec. We also have knowledgeable staff in house that can help you with all your questions and point you in the right direction.
Do we carry hot tubs?
Yes! We are working with a fantastic manufacturer, Alps, and stock two different models of tubs in two different colours. See our spa section for more details.
What product do we stock?
We are one of the largest pool distributors in Canada and stock over 6,000 items from all the top manufacturers in the industry. Pentair, Zodiac, Jacuzzi, Raypak, Megna, Latham – just to name a few. Residential, commercial, inground, aboveground – you get the picture. Check our online inventory for stock by manufacturer, by item, or by part number.
If you don’t see what you’re looking for - call us! We’re known for our customer service so we’ll help you get what you need. We work so closely with our suppliers and receive product all day long that if we don’t have what you’re looking for we’ll help you source it.

Do we! We carry a variety of brochures, catalogues and POS merchandising from all of our top manufactures. See our literature request form under resources on the main page, or call us and we’ll ship you what you need.
